7. Media Scheduling

In addition to creating posts with AI-assisted design, Xamã.AI allows you to schedule and publish your own images or videos, giving you complete control over the visual content.

• To get started, on the "New Post" screen, select the option "Post your image or video".

7.1. Media Selection and Upload

• After selecting this option, you will be directed to a scheduling screen. The first step will be to select the social media platforms where you want to publish your own media.

• Once the target social media platforms are selected, the upload options will be rendered. You can choose between "Gallery" to upload images or "Video" to upload videos.

• Note on Formats: File formats may vary depending on the selected social media platform. Check the specifications of each platform to ensure compatibility.

• If you need to delete the media you uploaded, just hover over the media and click the trash can icon that will appear.

7.2. Caption Creation or Generation

• After uploading your media, you can add a caption for your post. You have the option to create your own caption or request assistance from Artificial Intelligence.

• Own Caption: To create a caption from scratch, simply type your text directly into the "Caption" field.

• AI Caption: To request a suggestion from Artificial Intelligence, type a command or the beginning of the paragraph you want to be developed in the smaller field below, and click "Apply". The caption will be generated in the main text field. You can regenerate the caption using a new command and clicking "Apply" again as many times as you wish (check plan limits).

7.3. Date and Time Setting

• After the caption, the user must select the date and time they wish to publish their media. Use the calendar to choose the day and the time selector to set the hour.

7.4. Additional Social Media Settings

After selecting the date and time, the user must set the individual additional settings for each selected social media platform. These options may include:

• Title: Enter a title for your post (specific for some platforms like TikTok).

• Publication Privacy: Select who can see your post (e.g., Public, Restricted).

• Comment: Allow or disallow other users to comment on your post.

• Duets and Stitch: Allow or disallow other users to duet or stitch with your post (specific for TikTok).

• Content Distribution Configuration (if applicable).

Warning: After posting, it may take a few minutes for the content to be processed and become visible on your profile, especially on platforms like TikTok.

7.5. Finalizing the Scheduling

• After reviewing all points and settings, the user must click "Finish" to confirm the scheduling of the post.
